:: Dr. Salman A. Al-Sudairy owns EYAT Limited. Since establishing EYAT Limited, he has focused on developing local and regional investments. Previous to that, he was the Deputy Secretary General of the Supreme Commission for Tourism, Deputy-Governor of the Al-Jouf Region, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Chairman of the Board of the Al-Jouf Cooperative Society and other local organizations. He is ex-Chairman of the Educational Committee and a member of the Investment Committee of the Abdulrahman A. Al-Sudairy Foundation, a philanthropic organisation that funds cultural and educational projects. He also holds the position of Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors of Sohar Poultry Company in Oman. Dr. Salman A. Al-Sudairy has a Ph.D. in Accounting from the University of Texas at Austin, an MBA-Finance from Northwestern University, and an undergraduate degree from The University of Arizona. |

:: Mr. Talal Hmaidan is Vice President. He has extensive experience in the Kingdom where he was directly involved in the establishment and operation of a major franchised fast food company. His main tasks included the fitting out of about 50 Pizza Hut, Wendys, Popeyes Chicken and Taco Bell restaurants as well as procurement and distribution for those restaurants and for 115 Meed Convenience stores. He is currently a member of the Board of Directors and of the Audit Committee of Sohar Poultry Company. Mr. Hmaidan was also involved in real estate management where he built an apartment complex and managed a family real estate portfolio in Lebanon. He holds a B.S. and MBA degrees from The University of Arizona. |

:: Ms. Latifa S. Al-Sudairy holds the position of Operations Manager and Buyer. She has a Diploma in Banking Operations from The Institute of Public Administration in Riyadh. She has been with the company since its inception and is directly involved in the selection, buying, merchandising and selling of the luxury goods. |
